The balance for your stay at our Holiday Rental is due 6 weeks before arrival. If you're staying at our B&B this is paid on arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We accept all credit and debit cards. We do not accept cheques or holiday cheques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Minimum stay of 2 nights in our low season (April, May, June and September) and minimum of 3 nights in our high season (July and August).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Minimum 7 nights stay. To book, you must be 25 or older.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Maximum 6 persons allowed to stay in Gite\/ apartment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Visitors must be requested from owners<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All damage to Gite, furnishings, facilities etc must be paid for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Electric cars will be charged \u20ac50 per week if charging at the holiday rental, payable on arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If your cancellation is received at least 30 days before your arrival date, we will refund your deposit in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you wish to cancel your booking within 30 days of your arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cancellations within 7 days of your arrival date the full amount of your stay will be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cancellations part way through your stay, the full amount will be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We reserve the right to charge your credit or debit card for the full duration of your stay if you do not show up or show up late.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We ask that you arrive between 4pm - 7.30pm unless we have arranged a specific arrival time with you when you booked. If you are delayed please let us know.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rental house<\/strong> You must depart by 10am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n B&B<\/strong> You must depart by 10.30am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Gite can accommodate children from 3 years old. The B&B is a relaxed area so we can only accommodate adults from 18 years old.<\/p>\n\n\n\n No animals are allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The property and gardens are a smoke-free environment.
