The Holiday Rental can accommodate up to 6 people, 4 people in the renovated character house and 2 people in the separate apartment underneath the house. Ideal for multi-generational families or groups that want a little privacy. This holiday rental is only ever let as one, so you always have private use of the facilities.

The house has a large open-plan beamed kitchen, dining room and living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need including a range cooker, fridge/ freezer, microwave, dishwasher plus granite work surfaces.

There are two settees and a smart TV in the sitting room.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms:

• Bedroom one, air conditioned with a king size bed and ensuite shower room.
• Bedroom two, air conditioned with twin beds (can be joined to make a king size bed, let us know in advance) and with its own ensuite shower room.

The apartment has an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area. It is fully equipped with an oven, 2 ring gas hobs, fridge and all utensils.

There is a Kingsize bedroom with an ensuite shower room.

Outside you will find a large terrace with seating for 6 people. There is a Plancha gas barbecue and a large parasol. You will have your own fenced, heated 4x10mtr swimming pool (heated 18/05-15/09) with loungers and parasols. There is a Ping Pong table and Badminton for you to enjoy, plus a 3000mt2 plus garden bordered by a stream.

There is access to a laundry room if needed. You will have your own entrance, parking area and wifi.

This Holiday Rental (house and apartment) is only ever let as one rental regardless of occupancy. Please be aware that we have two cats, not allowed in the Holiday Rental but could be sunning themselves in the garden!
