Reservations must be guaranteed with a 25% deposit by credit or debit card.
The balance for your stay at our Holiday Rental is due 6 weeks before arrival. If you're staying at our B&B this is paid on arrival.
We accept all credit and debit cards. We do not accept cheques or holiday cheques.
Minimum stay of 2 nights in our low season (April, May, June and September) and minimum of 3 nights in our high season (July and August).
Minimum 7 nights stay. To book, you must be 25 or older.
Maximum 6 persons allowed to stay in Gite/ apartment.
Visitors must be requested from owners
All damage to Gite, furnishings, facilities etc must be paid for.
No Electric Vehicle charger at property
If your cancellation is received at least 30 days before your arrival date, we will refund your deposit in full.
If you wish to cancel your booking within 30 days of your arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellations within 7 days of your arrival date the full amount of your stay will be charged.
Cancellations part way through your stay, the full amount will be charged.
We reserve the right to charge your credit or debit card for the full duration of your stay if you do not show up or show up late.
We ask that you arrive between 4pm - 7.30pm unless we have arranged a specific arrival time with you when you booked. If you are delayed please let us know.
Rental house You must depart by 10am.
B&B You must depart by 10.30am.
The Gite can accommodate children from 3 years old. The B&B is a relaxed area so we can only accommodate adults from 18 years old.
No animals are allowed.
The property and gardens are a smoke-free environment. No hen or stag parties allowed.
